The Round-table is an invitation-only event that provides participants with the opportunity to exchange ideas and perspectives on a more integrated approach to sustainable development. Each of the annual Round-tables focus on a unique and current CSR theme. Past Round-tables included “Sustainable Development: Bringing together the environmental and social aspects” and “CSR and Global Value Chains.”

The Round-tables provide an opportunity for international organizations to better collaborate and align their activities, and gives member States a ‘one stop shop’ for discussing CSR issues with relevant experts within international organizations.

The annual Round-tables are organized by UNCTAD, ILO and OHCHR.
